Five operators sit in S tier on this board: Arcane, Gilberta, Zhuang Fangyi, Si and Tangtang. The "Sanctuary of Ink" update went live on October 15, 2026, according to the official Endfield site; the label "Version 1.6" comes from the ranking sites below, not from the publisher.
This is a consensus ranking compiled from published sources, not a play-tested one. It rests on two lists rebuilt for 1.6, and the places where they disagree are shown instead of averaged away. How this ranking was built
Two lists were read on October 15, 2026, both current for 1.6.
- Game8 (Arknights: Endfield tier list) — Version 1.6, updated October 15, 2026. Six tiers from SS down to C, covering 33 operators (the page has no A+ tier).
- arknightsendfield.gg (arknightsendfield.gg/arknights-endfield-tier-list/) — "V1.6," updated October 14, 2026. Each operator gets a Total Rating out of 30, the sum of a Role score, a Team score and a Contingency Contract score. The bands are T0 at 21 or more, T1 at 16 to 20, T2 at 11 to 15, T3 at 6 to 10 and T4 at 0 to 5. The site says its Contingency Contract score is held at 0 until November 5, 2026, so the practical ceiling is 20 and these are interim scores.
The arknightsendfield.gg page contradicts itself. Its text labels several operators with tiers that do not match its own scores. The page labels Arcane (score 17), Zhuang Fangyi (18), Tangtang (16), Rossi (15) and Gilberta as T0, although T0 starts at 21. Under the published bands, 17, 18 and 16 fall in T1 and Rossi's 15 falls in T2. Si and Liino, both at 18, are labeled T1, which does match their score. Part of this comes from older update-log entries, several dated between March and July 2026, that were not reconciled with the later scores.
Because of that, Bannerdex uses one definition for all 33 operators: the score band, not the label. Scores are numbers anyone can check against the published bands, whereas the labels are stale and disagree with them. Gilberta has no operator card with a Total Rating; the page's tier grid lists her at 17, and that grid figure is what is used here. "Top bracket" therefore means SS on Game8 and a score of 16 or more (the T1 band) on arknightsendfield.gg. No operator on the page reaches the T0 band.
The cut-off of 14 and the use of the S+ band below are Bannerdex choices, not either site's.
- S — top bracket on both lists.
- A — top bracket on one list, or Game8 S+ together with a score of 14 or more on arknightsendfield.gg.
- B — everyone in between.
- C — Game8 B or C together with a score in the T3 band (6 to 10).
Elements and classes are as Game8 lists them; roles such as "Main DPS" or "Support" are as arknightsendfield.gg lists them. Argent Flow, the second new operator Gematsu names, is on neither 1.6 list: Game8 links to him in its header without a placement, and arknightsendfield.gg says he is not on its page. He is not ranked yet.
S Tier
Five operators are SS on Game8 and score 16 or more on arknightsendfield.gg.
Arcane (Nature Caster on Game8; Main DPS / Support on arknightsendfield.gg) is first in Game8's SS tier and scores 17. The page text labels Arcane T0, which its own bands do not support.
Gilberta (Nature Supporter) is SS on Game8. On arknightsendfield.gg she has no operator card with a score; the tier grid lists her at 17, in the T1 band, while the page text labels her T0.
Zhuang Fangyi (Electric Striker) is SS on Game8 and shares the top score on arknightsendfield.gg, 18, as a Main DPS. The page text labels Zhuang Fangyi T0, but 18 is in the T1 band.
Si (Cryo Supporter) is the new arrival: SS on Game8, 18 on arknightsendfield.gg (Support 10, Team 8, Contingency Contract 0), where she is tagged Main DPS / Support and labeled T1. Game8 cites her Amp buffs for Heat and Cryo teams, her Inksoul mechanic and Combo Skill cooldown reduction. Both placements are day-one reads of a new operator, so this is the entry most likely to move.
Tangtang (Cryo Caster) is SS on Game8 and scores 16 on arknightsendfield.gg, as a Sub-DPS. The page text labels Tangtang T0; 16 is the bottom of the T1 band.
A Tier
Eleven operators are either top bracket on one list, or Game8 S+ with a score of 14 or more on the other. This is where the sources split most.
Rossi and Mi Fu (both Physical Guards) are SS on Game8, but arknightsendfield.gg scores them 15 and 13, both in the T2 band. The page text labels Rossi T0, so Rossi's label and score disagree; under the score-band rule Rossi is A, not S.
Camille (Heat Vanguard) is SS on Game8 and scores 13 on arknightsendfield.gg, which tags Camille as a Support. Perlica (Electric Caster) is the same story: SS on Game8, 15 on the scored list.
Liino (Electric Supporter) shares the top score on arknightsendfield.gg with 18, level with Zhuang Fangyi and Si, while Game8 has Liino one bracket down, in S+. Ardelia (Nature Supporter) scores 17 there but is in Game8's third bracket, S. Typhoeus (Nature Striker) scores 16 against S+, and Yvonne (Cryo Striker) scores 16 against S.
Laevatain (Heat Striker), Pogranichnik (Physical Vanguard) and Xaihi (Cryo Supporter) are S+ on Game8 and score 15, 14 and 14. They qualify on the combined rule rather than a top-bracket placement.
B Tier
Mid-table, with no top-bracket placement on either list (every score here is in the T2 band, 11 to 15).
Chen Qianyu (Physical Guard) and Avywenna (Electric Striker) are S+ on Game8 but score 12 and 11 on arknightsendfield.gg, which is why they stay here. Last Rite, Endministrator, Arclight, Wulfgard and Lifeng are Game8 S, with scores between 11 and 13.
Akekuri (Heat Vanguard) and Ember (Heat Defender) are Game8 A and score 14 on the other list, so they sit at the top of this group. Antal, Alesh and Purrchena are Game8 A and score 11. Purrchena is tagged Sustain.
Estella (Cryo Guard) is the closest call: Game8 B, but 11 on arknightsendfield.gg, which keeps Estella out of C.
C Tier
Da Pan, Snowshine, Fluorite and Catcher are Game8 B or C and in the T3 band on arknightsendfield.gg, with scores of 9, 7, 7 and 7. Catcher is the only operator in Game8's bottom tier.
Verdict before you install
The top of the board is stable: five names agree on both lists, and one of them is new. Below that, the two lists disagree on a dozen operators, and arknightsendfield.gg's labels do not match its own scores, so expect reshuffles as the lists mature and as that site adds its Contingency Contract scores, which it holds at 0 until November 5, 2026.
Method: compiled from published sources, not from play time. Tier placements come from two lists updated for Version 1.6 and read on October 15, 2026: Game8 (Arknights: Endfield Tier List, Version 1.6, updated October 15, 2026) and arknightsendfield.gg (arknightsendfield.gg/arknights-endfield-tier-list/, Arknights Endfield Tier List V1.6, updated October 14, 2026). The latter's tier labels contradict its own scores; Bannerdex applies the published score bands to all 33 operators. The update date comes from the official Endfield site (update notes dated October 15, 2026, read October 15, 2026); the second new operator, Argent Flow, is named by Gematsu (October 6, 2026, read October 15, 2026). The Version 1.6 number is attributed to Game8 and arknightsendfield.gg.
