Arknights: Endfield is on Version 1.5, "Dreamscape of Wind and Snow," which went live on September 2, 2026 and added the 6-star Nature Striker Typhoeus and the free 5-star Physical Defender Purrchena. This page is not a hands-on test of those operators. It is a consensus ranking: four public tier lists compared name by name, with the disagreements left visible instead of smoothed over.
How this ranking was built
Four tier lists were read on October 4, 2026:
- Game8 — a single ranking from SS down to C, marked Version 1.5 and last updated September 30, 2026.
- arknightsendfield.gg — a scored list (T1 to T3 currently populated), marked V1.5 and last updated October 1, 2026.
- endfield.gg — separate rankings for DPS, sub-damage dealers, supports and survivalists, last updated September 2, 2026.
- EndSync — separate damage and support rankings, last updated September 2, 2026.
The current version and its two new operators were confirmed against Game8's Version 1.5 summary and MMO Culture's Version 1.5 guide.
Each site uses its own scale, so the tiers here follow simple rules:
- S — top bracket on at least three of the four lists.
- A — top bracket on one or two lists, or second bracket nearly everywhere.
- B — mid-table consensus.
- C — bottom or second-from-bottom bracket on at least three lists.
Two caveats matter. Two of the four lists were last updated on the day Version 1.5 launched, so they capture early opinion on Typhoeus and none at all on Purrchena. And every source stresses that Endfield is a team game: endfield.gg notes that composition "matters more than individual operator strength," and Game8 ranks each DPS inside their best team. Elements and classes quoted below are as listed by Game8.
S Tier
Five operators sit in the top bracket almost everywhere.
Zhuang Fangyi (Electric Striker) is the clearest call on the board: top bracket on all four lists, and Game8 names her the strongest DPS currently available.
Arcane (Nature Caster) is Game8's number one overall, valued for working either as a damage dealer or as a support. EndSync mirrors that by putting her in its top support bracket and its second damage bracket.
Gilberta (Nature Supporter) is top bracket on all four lists. Game8 credits her crowd control and debuffs.
Tangtang (Cryo Caster) is also top bracket on all four, ranked as a sub-damage dealer or support depending on the site.
Perlica (Electric Caster) is top bracket on three lists and upper mid-table on the fourth.
A Tier
These operators are top bracket somewhere and strong everywhere, but the sources do not agree that they define the meta.
Liino (Electric Supporter) shares the highest score on arknightsendfield.gg and sits in the top bracket of endfield.gg's support list; Game8 and EndSync place the operator one bracket lower.
Typhoeus (Nature Striker), the Version 1.5 headliner, is top bracket on EndSync and arknightsendfield.gg, and second bracket on Game8 and endfield.gg. Expect movement as the lists settle.
Rossi and Mi Fu (both Physical Guards) are SS on Game8 and S-tier DPS on endfield.gg, but lower on the other two lists, one of the wider splits among the high-ranked damage dealers.
Pogranichnik (Physical Vanguard) is in the top bracket of endfield.gg's sub-damage list and EndSync's support list.
Laevatain (Heat Striker) is in EndSync's top damage bracket and second bracket on Game8 and endfield.gg.
Camille (Heat Vanguard) is SS on Game8 and second bracket elsewhere.
Xaihi (Cryo Supporter), Lifeng (Physical Guard) and Ardelia (Nature Supporter) round out the tier. Xaihi is second bracket on most lists, Lifeng is in the top bracket of endfield.gg's sub-damage ranking, and Ardelia is rated T1 by arknightsendfield.gg but lower by the others.
B Tier
Mid-table picks: rarely in a top bracket, and not consistently near the bottom either.
Yvonne and Last Rite (both Cryo Strikers) lead this group, landing in the second or third bracket on every list.
Chen Qianyu, Avywenna, Endministrator, Arclight, Wulfgard, Antal and Alesh move around between the middle brackets from one list to the next, with no clear agreement on their order.
Akekuri is the outlier: arknightsendfield.gg rates the Heat support T1, while the other three lists keep the operator in their lower-middle brackets. The majority view wins here, but it is a judgment call.
Ember (Heat Defender) rates noticeably higher on arknightsendfield.gg than on the other three lists.
Purrchena is ranked by Game8 only (A tier on its six-step scale). The other lists do not include the operator yet, so treat this placement as provisional.
C Tier
Da Pan, Estella, Fluorite and Catcher sit in the lowest populated brackets across the sources.
Snowshine (Cryo Defender) lands here because three lists rank the operator low, but EndSync places Snowshine in its second support bracket, so opinion is not unanimous.
When this list will change
Game8 estimates Version 1.6 for October 15, 2026, based on the end of the current Protocol Pass period. That date was not officially confirmed at the time of writing. Any new operators and balance changes will reshuffle these placements, and this page will be rebuilt from the updated source lists when that happens.
